Global Plastics Shortage


We want to thank you once again for your orders and for the opportunity to service you. We have been sending out weekly/biweekly updates to inform everyone of the how COVID 19 has impacted the supply chains across the world. As  most of you are likely experiencing this issue first hand as well.

We have containers in stock, however, as each day goes by we are depleting them faster than we are receiving our monthly shipments. Our containers are arriving, but not fast enough. 

Due to the tremendous amount of production volume we have, we find ourselves in a bottleneck at times. 

**Some things to keep in mind as you place your orders:** 

1. Purchase in bulk- although 20 units may seem like a lot, if you are aware that supply chains are backed up, we recommend that you purchase a larger quantity to hold you over so that when you receive your packages you won't sell out in a week and have to wait 5 weeks or so to restock. 

2. Please read your invoices in their entirety. We provide an anticipated ship date so that you know when we expect to ship your items, but there are delays unfortunately beyond our control. 

3. If we are out of stock on a certain container color, we will have to substitute for another color (i.e. clear, black, white or amber). 

4. Update your customers on delays and refrain from giving a restock date until your items are in transit.

Thank You For Your Patience & Understanding

I first want to thank each and every one of you for purchasing trial kits, hand sanitizer and for taking that next step to start or expand your line of men's grooming and hair care products with us.

I have been sending weekly updates as best as possible to keep prospective clients and existing clients updated on what we are experiencing.

While some suppliers have completely suspended their operations, we have been operating through this entire pandemic to make sure that we are able to provide you with the products you need. We are offering 20% off as way to show our appreciation and in an effort to gain your trust and patience. Please understand that our operations have increased 7X over in just 2 months! This is amazing and my entire team is grateful and more than happy to fulfill your orders.

I want you all to know that there is a GLOBAL SHORTAGE on plastics and certain raw materials. If we are backed up it is because our suppliers are backed up or have completely shut down operations to fulfill existing orders. How does this impact your order? Please see below:

▪ It may delay your order.
▪ We may have to substitute for a different color/style container.
▪ It may cause a bottleneck in the production process.

 

 

I ask that if you decide to place orders with us that you acknowledge and understand the challenges we are facing as with hundreds of other suppliers. We are still operating and we are still processing orders. Just a friendly reminder: ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. This means that your product as made right before it ships to you and is fresh.

We have hired new people and continue to do so, along with working on new projects to help us automate a lot of our current processes to make things easier on the front end as well as the back end.

I had no idea that this pandemic would generate the amount of orders that we've seen and I am forever grateful for this opportunity to serve you all.

I do not want to suspend operations. I want to keep fulfilling orders so I am asking that you continue to work with us and be patient. If you are experiencing any issues or concerns, we are here to answer your questions and to fix them as best as we can.

I kindly ask that you help us out with the following:

▪ Making sure that the address we have on your order is the most recent and updated. We will not be able to make any address changes.
▪ Read your invoice in it's entirety and to understand that the "scheduled ship date" is the anticipated date and that we ask for you to allow 2-4 business days for your items to ship before or after that date.
▪ If you have purchased a trial kit, I ask that you make sure to check the email address provided when the order was placed for your email update that provides you scheduled ship date.
▪ If you have questions regarding your order, so that we can assist you as quickly as possible,please provide an order number or invoice number along with your full name the order was placed under.

Due to an increase in trial kit orders, we are extending the 20% off promotion until supply chains are back to normal.

1.We are currently experiencing extremely high production volume and as you may know, production times on all products have been extended. For Trial Kits, there is now a 14- 17 business day delay. All customers will receive an email with their scheduled ship date.

2. For hand sanitizer orders, those are shipping 5-7 business days from purchase.

3.For regular private label orders, the time has been extended from the normal 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

4. NO ADDRESS CHANGES!! Due to the extremely high production volume, we are not accepting address updates. When your package ships, you will receive an email from UPS/USPS with your tracking information. We suggest that you track your package and arrange for a pick up at your nearest access point.

5. CONTAINER SELECTIONS: NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. WE MAY REACH OUT TO YOU TO INFORM YOU THAT WE ARE OUT OF STOCK ON A PARTICULAR CONTAINER OR CAP. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Due to Covid-19 we may experience periods of time in which we are out of stock on certain container options so please visit https://enviihaircare.com/p/container-selection for latest updates. We will do our best to update the site, however, we will not know if we are out of stock until the week of your production because our vendors are providing ETAs far out, but we have been receiving items sooner/later

_LASTLY: We kindly ask that you continue to be patient with us as we diligently work to fill your orders. Please keep in mind that supply chains are backed up globally and if you are experiencing a delay getting products to your customers, so are we. _
