For record keeping purposes, we do not provide product assistance, customer service, or order details via phone. These matters are handled via email exclusively. Orders valued over $5000 will receive a phone call from a representative to begin proper order processing. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order as well as general information regarding our products, please email us with any of your concerns and we would be happy to assist you.
